Transparent Fee Model.
Standard Job

Client markup on jobs under $1,000. Operator service fee starts at 20% and reduces with loyalty tier. Minimum platform fee $50. Includes dispatch, documentation, and Stripe-Connect controlled payout.
Mid-Size Contract

Client markup on jobs $1,001–$10,000. Operator service fee 15%. Minimum platform fee $100. Built for multi-trap restaurants, hotel kitchens, and recurring monthly programmes.
Enterprise & Multi-Site

Client markup on jobs $10,001–$100,000. Operator service fee 10%. Minimum platform fee $250. Designed for chains, property portfolios, and bundled compliance programmes across locations.
Both fees are calculated on the contractor’s base quote — never on each other. Funds split at the moment of payment via Stripe Connect Destination Charges; Fenrir never holds the contractor’s portion. Contractors set final pricing on every job. Fenrir adds the transparent markup shown above — nothing else, no surprise line items.
