Fenrir charges a transparent double-sided fee on every transaction. Clients pay a markup on the Operator's base quote. Operators pay a service fee from their base quote. Both fees are calculated on the Operator's base quote — never on each other. What you see is what you pay.

These minimum fees apply when the percentage fee falls below these floor amounts.

CONTRACTOR LOYALTY PROGRAMME

Fenrir rewards volume and reliability. The more jobs a contractor completes through the network, the lower their platform service fee. Below is the full loyalty tier structure.

Operator fees are calculated on the contractor's base quote. The best contractors earn more than their fee because volume and retention bonuses reduce their effective rate over time while increasing their job allocation. An Apex operator doing 20 jobs per month at 10% generates more revenue than an entry-level operator doing 4 jobs at 20%.

The Fenrir platform fee covers the full coordination and documentation service — not just the referral. Every client fee includes:

  • Operator vetting, licensing verification, and insurance confirmation before dispatch.
  • Anonymous quote collection from 2–3 qualified Operators before you see a price.
  • Service agreement generation and digital signature processing.
  • Stripe-powered secure payment processing with split-payment architecture.
  • Job dispatch with a 30-minute acceptance confirmation window.
  • Compliance documentation package: minimum 3 job photos + signed service manifest.
  • Quality control review of all documentation before delivery.
  • Secure storage of your complete compliance record in the Fenrir document vault.
  • Automatic renewal scheduling with 25-day advance notification.
Both fees are calculated on the contractor's base quote — not on each other. Fenrir never touches contractor funds; Stripe Connect's Destination Charges model routes each party's portion directly. See Section 07 for the full payment architecture.
